Agile Management (PMI-ACP)

The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) course is designed for professionals who want to 

deepen their understanding and application of Agile principles, frameworks, and tools across a variety of 

projects and environments. This course covers the full spectrum of Agile methodologies—including 

Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and hybrid approaches—and equips participants with the skills to lead Agile 

teams, manage product backlogs, and deliver customer value iteratively.

In addition to gaining practical Agile management capabilities, the course prepares participants to pass 

the globally recognized PMI-ACP® certification exam, which validates expertise in Agile practices and
