Internal Auditor ISO9001: 2015 (QMS)

In this course, you will learn everything you need to know about ISO 9001, but also how to perform an 

internal audit in your company. The course is made for beginners in quality management and internal 

auditing, and no prior knowledge is needed to take this course

• Understand the concept of the process based quality management system for ISO 9001

• Understand the role of an internal audit in maintaining and improving quality management systems, 

with reference to the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle

• The role and responsibilities of an auditor in planning, conducting, reporting and following up on an 

internal quality management system audit based on ISO 9001, and in accordance with ISO 19011

This course comprises sessions, workshops and role-play exercises. Participants are not expected to 

possess knowledge of auditing, quality management systems or ISO 9001:2015 before attending the
