Fundamental of Project Management (FPM)

The Fundamental of Project Management According to PMI Standards course is designed for professionals 

who are new to project management or seeking to strengthen their foundational knowledge. The course will 

qualify civil and architectural execution engineers to understand and apply project management concepts in a 

practical manner, according to global best practices from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The goal is 

to enhance execution quality, control time and cost, and reduce waste and risks.
